Group Tickets
When ordering free studio audience tickets on our website, guests are asked to provide us with their email address and phone number; however, that is optional. We request that information so that we will have a means to contact you in the event of a show change or cancellation. If a show cancels a previously scheduled show date for example, we send a mass email out to all ticket holders. This is an automatic process that pulls addresses from information submitted on the order form.

We collect personal information that you provide when submitting ticket orders on our website. Currently, we request your name, email address and phone number. We may implement optional surveys or contests requesting personal information and that may include demographic information, information about your personal interests and your feedback. If you select "Opt In" on the order form, we may use your personal information to contact you by email or phone about new shows or upcoming events that may be of interest. Occasionally we may also request feedback about your experience with our services and/or inquire about your demographics, preferences, interests and your general feedback as a valued customer.

When you visit or use our services, some information is automatically collected. For example, when you visit our website or use our services, your Internet Protocol (IP) address, access times, browser type and language, and the website you visited before ours are logged automatically. We also collect information about your usage and activity. We may tie your IP address to information we automatically collect on our sites. We may also tie information that we automatically collect with personal information, such as your login ID and information you give us on the order form. We use our own products, and products of third parties acting on our behalf, to analyze, enhance and improve our services. Information we collect may be in the form of personal information or anonymized data. Anonymized data may be in the form of combined data. Combined data is information we collect about a group or category of services or users from which individual user identities have been removed. In other words, no personal information is included in combined data. Combined data helps us understand trends in our users' needs so that we may then consider and/or implement new features or services. This policy does not restrict or limit our collection and use of combined data.
